If you have a hole in your plasterboard, I'll show you how to fix it. Firstly, remove any
loose plaster from the hole. Here's a tip, keep a painted chip so that you can take it
down to a Bunnings Warehouse and have it color matched.
Use a piece of scrap plasterboard or heavy cardboard, insert a nail with the point towards
you and apply glue to the face and insert the patch in the wall. And use the nail to
hold it against the wall until the glue dries.
When the glue is dry, push the nail back into the hole and you're ready to plaster. Mix
your corner cement until it is the consistency of toothpaste. Fill the hole with the corner
cement and scrape it flush.
I will now sand and smooth before I paint it and remember to use your personal protective
equipment. After a couple of coats of paint, it's as good as new. If you have any further
questions, come down to your local Bunnings Warehouse and a team member will be happy
to help you.
