[0:00:00] Speaker: I was in a very like close to musical
instruments but then something clicked and I came to find out what it was and I found
these precious instruments that take me to a place of myself that it’s a calm place
and a beautiful place so well, I just loved to work with them on me and if I can have
this transformation and share it with other people then that is a gift.
Speaker: What is happiness, what is hatred, what is love, what is grief, all we have the
power of determining what that is. So the posture first the [Inaudible] really represent
-- you’ve seen the Buddha in this position if you’ve studied it. And the position that
he took when he acceded, when he died or essentially left the body.
These are heartdrops that we’re doing so I think we should use [Inaudible].
Speaker: When we’re working with Danielle I would do like this bowl and then this bowl
and that bowl and then I do that, that and that and for some reason that seemed correct

Speaker: Well, where I’m at physically in the process I’m in advanced3 in my last
class and I feel like I’m a beginner, I feel like this process has been amazing, it’s
been life transforming for me personally. I’m realizing how much, how huge this is,
how much bigger it ever was in my mind when I began the process and I’m just so excited
to continue this journey and its going to be a life path.
Speaker: So this is an excellent stone to use for that and again the point is crystal
quartz and the bowl is crystal quartz. It has different facets and it is smaller at
the tip and wider. And it was discovered by a scientist, a physicist from NASA. And he
discovered through mathematical research.
Speaker: This is yes about singing bowls and about learning a new modality but I think
even more so than that it’s about learning who you are and how to take care of yourself
and what you need to do to take care of yourself and honoring that.
