The Roanoke Valley
Mustang Club will
celebrate 25-years
with a car show.
This weekend more
than 150 Fords will
be on display at the
Lewis-Gale Field in
Salem.
All the money raised
will go towards the
Mill Mountain Zoo,
the Virginia Museum
of Transportation,
and Saint Francis of
Assisi Service Dogs.
Last year the event
raised more than 7-
thousand dollars.
"We've seen them
grow to a facililty that
was handling
about 5 to 10 dogs to
now a facility that
helps over 100 dogs.
It takes over 25-
thousand dollars in a
matter of two years
to be able to set a
dog out with a person
to get the title service
dog."
The show starts this
Sunday, from 9 a.m.
to 4.
Registration is still
open if you'd like to
show off your Ford.
