So it's time to get healthy, let's do a twenty four hour cleanse. Hi my name is Mark Brinson

are setting out to do a cleanse, many of the cleanses have a seven days attached to them
or possibly ten, sometimes even longer, a thirty day or a ninety day cleanse. But you
can get a little bit accomplished in twenty four hours if you like. One of the biggest
things that stresses your symptoms or your system is food. So in addition to cutting
out any smoking or alcohol that you may be taking into your system. For twenty four hours
one of the best things that you can do is limit the amount of food that you actually
eat or cut it out all together. Just water so a twenty four hour cleansing with nothing
but water to eat is one of the easiest that you can do. You can also do several types
of juice cleanses for twenty four to forty eight hours. So drinking extra water and also
whenever you are hungry or at meal times drink one particular juice. Now what's important
about that is that you don't switch juices up. Different juices have different properties
within the body and if you start to mix them it does something biochemically and PH wise
to you that isn't going to be good. Some of the best cleanses grape fruit juice is a good
one, also grape juice, that's purple grape, and apple juice. Those all have excellent
cleansing qualities. You want to make sure though that when you get these juices that
they don't have sugar added. So check the labels carefully and make sure that you also
