Alright, today we're gonna do a heavyweight workout with 35kg additional weight.
Meaning that we're gonna do a warm-up first, followed by a pre-workout: 10 pull-ups and 10 chin-ups with 5kg, and then 7 pull-ups and 7 chin-ups with 10 g.
Once we're done, we're gonna continue with our main workout: 4 sets consisting of 4 pull-ups and 4 chin-ups with 35kg.

Well, now we're gonna do the same, but using 10kg and doing 7 reps instead of 10.
