Howdy, it's Bauer and this is the Gateway M-6337 Laptop,
in a bright fire red. It's got a really cool color,
if fact, it's a serious red. It'll actually raise your insurance rates,
if you get this particular laptop. It's very nice actually,
incredible value, it's extraordinarily low priced,
but packs a lot of power in it. It just makes for a really solid,
great value, all around, good laptop.
It's not going to cost you very much. It weighs, it doesn't weigh very much,
and is going to be really really easy, to turn around with you.
Of course it's got that really, really cool color,
you're not going to find a lot of your business mates,
that have bright red laptops, so you can stand out,
in the crowd a little bit. This thing has,
a Pentium Dual-Core T2390 Processor, and that's running at 1.8 GHz,
so it does have a dual-core processor built in.
3 GB of DDR2 Ram, so it's got a lot of Ram, right out of the box.
Has Vista Home Premium built into it.
Has a 250 GB Hard Drive. So it's got a nice big,
spacious hard drive, right out of the box.
It's got very very nice 15.4" screen, and that's running on the Intel,
integrated X3100 graphics. So of course,
not a gaming computer, by any stretch,
with that integrated Intel graphics, but Intel X3100 of course,
plenty fast and well designed to run Vista business applications.
More basic applications that don't require 3D acceleration.
Basic games, or slightly older games, that don't require hard-core,
3D acceleration, will all be fine on this computer.
The screen runs at a 1280 x 800 resolution,
so it's got a nice, spacious resolution, nice big screen.
It only weighs 6.29 lbs, it actually feels quite light.
It feels very very well constructed, also when you pick it up.
So, it's going to be very very easy to travel with as well.
It's got webcam built in, right up here.
1.3 Megapixel Webcam. Of course, it's written right there on the screen,
so you never forget, how many megapixels,
you're staring into right there. Down here, on the face of the laptop,
what is this, is this the face, what do you call this anyway?
Anyone know what this area of the laptop is actually called?
I just realized, as we're talking about laptops for years,
I've never really understood what this is called.
Anybody? Nobody really knows. It's the keyboard area,
I just coined it. On the keyboard area of the laptop,
above this, you're gonna find your Quick Launch Bar.
There's a Windows hot start button, so you can get to,
Windows Media Center or Program that for anything you want.
It has all your media keys as well, which will launch your
music program, or your DVD player.
It will also control all your media here.
It also has a Touch Sensitive Volume Pad,
right here, for raising or changing the volume,
right here at your fingertips. Very nice keyboard too.
The keys feel very very nice to the press and it also has,
a nice Track Pad with the Vertical Scrolling feature on it,
so you can easily scroll through documents or web pages.
On the side of this computer, let me go ahead and show you,
what we got going on, over here.
Couple of USB ports on the side, as you can see it also has,
your Ethernet connection, right here. Over here is your,
5-in-1 Media Card Reader, that'll do SD, it'll do MMC,
it'll do memory stick, it'll do XD and here's your,
Wireless Switch so you can turn your wireless connection on and off.
That's really great for saving battery life actually,
when you're in an area that doesn't have any wi-fi.
If you just turn it off, you can actually save,
and add a significant amount of time to your battery.
On the front here you can have a Mic and Headphone Port of course,
and on the side you have one more USB Port and also
your DVDRW Drive also on the side here.
This does burn DVD's so that's always nice,
to burn those, you can do it right there.
On the back, of course, you have your Modem,
which is located over here, in case you ever need that.
It also has an external, VGA Port, and
your power connector is located right there.
Now the machine also has an Express Card/54 Slot,
it's kinda hidden here, it's why I glossed over it.
Right here, this is actually your Express Card/54 Slot,
so it will take your Express 54 and 34 cards in this machine.
So it does have that expansion possibility,
built right into it so you can use your 3G cards or,
any of your interfaces that take Express 54 or
Express 34. So overall, this is a solid looking laptop.
Easy to use, light and actually extremely powerful for the money.
I mean it's extraordinary value in this thing because,
it is not expensive and it's going to be able to do just about,
anything you need to do. Usually when you're looking,
at the more value priced laptops, they're always very boring,
black, grey, silver laptops. This one has,
a little bit of personality to it. I mean, literally it's got like,
a car finish on this thing. It's got a really really nice,
cool red finish so, go check it out.
It's got that 1.8 GHz Processor, 3 GB of Ram, 250 GB of HD space.
It's a great basic computer, so check it out.
