SUBURBAN LAND MANAGEMENT DEAL. URBAN OUTFITTERS IS ON THARTHS
WITH THEIR BUILD-OUT -- TARGET WITH THEIR BUILD-OUT.
BOBBY WRIGHT AS TURNED OVER THE BUILDING NOW TO URBAN OUTFITTERS
FOR THEIR OUTFITTING. YOU CAN STOP BY THERE AND SEE

WE ARE WORKING WITH FARM FRESH ON WHAT WILL BE A 2 MILLION OR
MORE REINVESTMENT IN THEIR STORE IN WARD'S CORNER AND THEY'RE
GOING TO BE DOING SOME IMPROVEMENTS AND WE ALSO HOPE
THAT THEY WILL DO SOME ADDITIONAL THINGS THAT WILL
ENHANCE THE SITE ITSELF. WORKING VERY DILIGENTLY IN THE
CITY TEAM THAT SHE IS A PART OF ON THE SLOVER MEMORIAL LIBRARY,
OUR $6 MILLION MacARTHUR MEMORIAL EXTENSION AND OBVIOUSLY
OUR CONSOLIDATED COURTS COMPLEX. I WANT TO MENTION IN PARTICULAR

AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED TO BE ABLE TO TAKE THEM AROUND AND
SHOW THEM THE CITY. WE PICKED THEM UP AT THE
AIRPORT. WE TOOK THEM THROUGH THE LAKE
WRIGHT EXECUTIVE CENTER WHICH WAS THE FORMER BALL PARKED,
SHOWED THEM A DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY THAT WE'VE AT LAKE
WRIGHT EAST, TOOK THEM DOWN TO THE WATER TREATMENT FACILITY,
PAST THE NEW SENTARA LEE EXPANSION, PUT THEM ON LIGHT
RAIL, INTO DOWNTOWN THAT WAY AND TALKED ABOUT ALL THE GREAT
THINGS THAT HAVE COME ALONG WITH THE TRANSIT ORIENTED
DEVELOPMENT, MADE OUR PREPARATION AT THE DOMINION
ENTERPRISES BUILDING, PUT THEM BACK ON LIGHT RAIL TO THE
MEDICAL CENTER AND FROM THERE TOOK THE TOUR AROUND THE CITY TO
SHOW THEM, ENDING UP THE EAST BEACH AND ENDING UP AT THE
AIRPORT IN TIME FOR THEIR FLIGHTS AND IT WAS A TERRIFIC
TOUR AND I THINK PRESENTATIONS ON ALL THE CITY TEAM MEMBERS
WENT VERY WELL. THIS IS A SAMPLING OF THE
STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT SITES CURRENTLY BEING MARKETED BY THE
DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT. I WANTED TO SHOW THAT IN
ESSENCE, THOSE ARE BOTH PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SITES WHERE WE KNOW
THERE'S DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL AND OPPORTUNITY ALONG WITH THOSE
STARS BEING REPRESENTING NEW BUSINESSES IN THE CITY THAT
WE'VE BEEN WORKING WITH IN THE RECENT PAST, THE NEW BUSINESSES

NORFOLK. IN ADDITION TO THAT, YES, ON THE
WEGMAN'S SIDE, WE'VE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH WEGMAN'S AND THERE'S
ANOTHER GROUP OUT OF ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA, THAT WE'VE BEEN
