My name is Ahmed Khalil and I studied Law at the University of Sunderland.
I work as a trainee solicitor here.
When I did my interview during my second year at the University of Sunderland,
the actual questions that came up in the interview,
I could not have answered had I not taken the Company Law module that year.
The IT services there are amazing and I think the availability of everything
that I'd taken in a lecture online
and being able to reach everything that I've worked on very quickly, very easily.
When I first came to the North East I was new to England as a whole,
so it was definitely very interesting for me
and very different from most of the country; it was actually a lot more lively,
and I found the people much, much friendlier than they were in other places,
which is really something I miss about being there.
I would say you definitely need to join the University of Sunderland,
aim for the best and work hard and you'll get what you want in the end.
