>> The biggest thing that I’ve learned over the last twelve months is to really simplify
your life. Ok. And we do this. For some reasons human like things complicated and I don’t
know what it is. And we really wanna get it to a point where your life is simple for you.
So you don’t have to really think too hard. Things like reduce react going .. don’t
.. just cause you making more money doesn’t mean you have to then increase your level
or your expenditure at the same time. Guys keep it simple reduce it as much as possible..
you know.. whether you wanna believe it or not Europe is gonna crash at some point. ***’s
going to hit the fan. Be prepared for it. The more you can do now the better.. Those
sorts of things. Usually steps to get somewhere right.. And I’m not just because I’m lazy..
right and there’s a thousand steps here in this bloody place. It’s incredible..
right.. Yup the first morning here.. it’s like we
walked all the way from our room to come up here for breakfast just to find out it was
10 metres from where we were. Right... man.. alright.. unbelievable.. Number 2.. focus
and know your numbers. So focus on what you provides your clients with the most value
that you can possibly give them.. and it’s one of those things that we’ve really looked
at in our business and gone well, if we’re gonna charge more how can we give more? And
that’s been a massive lesson for us. And I’m a really big .. it’s almost like .. you
know I really focus on the big picture things. And one of the things that I’ve been doing
this year is really getting clear on what our visions are, what our goals are as a Company,
as us personally with my lovely wife. Put your hand up Billy. She said I can’t do
that but that’s what I’m gonna do. And she is the owner by the way guys, here is
my shirt if you wanna sue me because that’s all I own. Got to practice what you preach.
And even conversion right and just so you know for John the updated stats as we go 200
with the end of the campaign we ran at we had 250 people who asked for an email. We
had 115 ask for the book and we had 60 people who wanted a phone call straight away. I won’t
go into too many details but the ROI on that was about 464 percent. Ok.. so we’re happy.
..now.. we’re over the moon. So know your numbers, know your cost.. what are your cost
per leads .. does everyone know what it actually costs to generate a person? Or a lead or a
client in their business? It was absolutely outstanding when I learnt that this year.
It was like ok .. I know now it cost me $116 and a few cents to get a client into my business.
Ok... so it’s imperative. This is.. This sort of blew me away when I .. when I learnt
this about three months ago. You should be treating your business like a baby not a pet.
Ok.. you’re gotta be able tounderstand that at some point you want your baby to grow up
and get the hell out of there. Alright.. not that way.. I’ve got two beautiful girls..
but you wanna be able to teach them and at some point it’s gonna be hard work at the
start. It really is.. but you need to be able to systemize it and get it to a point where
it’s actually looking after you not the other way round. Now it was really important
for me to go wow.. you know most of us go.. but it’s my baby.. well it is. Let it grow
up.. let it get to the next stage.
