Hi! My name is Elton Hall and I'm here at Texas State Optical in Austin, Texas. I'm
here on behalf of Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to care for your contact
lenses. if your contact lens falls out and you don't have any solution, make sure you
do not put it your mouth, first of all. A lot of people do that and I don't know why.
If you have solution, you need to make sure that you rinse it off real well. Probably
keep a case with you at all times that has clean solution in the case itself. That way
if you do drop it, if it fall out, you can actually rinse it off with the solution that
you have in the case. Cases are not hard to carry with you. You don't necessarily have
to get one like this. They little screw top ones of course that you can use and just keep
it your pocket with clean solution in there. Just make sure that if you can, if you're
somewhere where you can rinse the contact lens off, make sure that you do that. Please,
please, please, do not stick it directly in your mouth.
