a lot of businesses are just getting into it.
But this is leading to some problems:
too many businesses are just talking about themselves.
While it's alright to talk about your business and what you offer every once in a while,
if you do it too much, people are going to turn away.
This makes it important to cover topics that are relevant to your industry, but don't specifically talk about yourself.
In addition, you will want to talk *to* the customer, not *at* them,
with a conversational tone that engages them and keeps them involved.
This style of content will build a trusting relationship with your audience,
and will lead to more sales without being "sales-y."
