Here buddy. It’s two different types of potatoes that
we’re going to try. We did a regular version of mashed potatoes
with milk, butter and all of that good stuff that you’re usually making during the holiday
season. We took that batch and, for half of it, we
steamed cauliflower and pureed it and mixed it all together.
Does it taste different or does it taste the same as the other one?
The same. It tastes the same.
So, there was an original version and a healthier version that was actually half mashed potatoes
and half steamed, pureed cauliflower. The kids at both.
There’s a slight difference, but both were really good.
So that’s good news for moms and dads looking to make the holidays a little healthier.
