This is the beginning of week two, umm, physically it's been going better
I've been doing my running, I've been doing my 40 mins of yoga
I've done that every day so far this week.
So, physically it's going well. When it comes to diet, I actually
have been eating healthy. I've been snacking less.
umm, for that Ultramind Solution, they want you to get rid in your prep
weeks all the good stuff--so, hydrogenated fats,
caffeine, corn syrup, etc.
packaged foods, basically, processed and packaged foods
so, I've been doing pretty good with that. Umm,
I haven't been snacking as much, I haven't had candy
or chocolate or any of that.
umm, I've been eating vegetables and chicken and healthy stuff
and I find that if I'm not snacking as much
I feel less bloated
which is good too. Although, I've been doing that for about four days, then last night I decided
to break down and get some chicken nuggets.
Which I'm sure is really against every rule in this book, but I'm thinking that
I'm doing everything else well, and everything in moderation
then I'm going to cheat a bit and have that and I'm still in my prep weeks, so I'm still on cutting down
so, I think I'm okay. The coffee thing, I don't know if I agree with cutting that out completely.
I've had one coffee a day
I don't know if I could handle that for six weeks, but like I mentioned in a previous video
coffee's supposed to be good for you. It keeps everything moving.
Umm, I'm so I think I'm going to perhaps keep
the one a day
for the six weeks. Umm, yeah, my husband and I were joking that we'll probably maybe
not even last a week on this. But, we'll see.
So, starting on the 14th of October is when we are starting this
and up until then, it's prep week and trying to cut down on everything.
umm, so that's it so far for this week
it's been okay more positive
positive thoughts and hopefully, I'll be able to do another update soon.
