I?m excited to share with you how you can get 30 percent more muscle activation and
results. I?m going to break down this model for you very simply. It all comes from the
desire to meditate and manifest all while getting long, lean, strong and sexy. We all
know that to be sexy is more than just having a strong and great body. It?s also about building
confidence and having that confidence and having a calm and clear mind. This work out
will do that for you. I?m going to break this down in a very short
video giving you example of each phase in one movement per phase. The first phase is
all about balance and elongation, prepping the body for more intense work out.
What we are going to do, and also it?s about activating the cells in your body, feeding
them with positive energy. We are going to do four movements for the first phase, which
is the prep phase. I?m going to show you one movement and how I would take one intention
and feed it to that movement. We are going to get down on all fours, just
like this. This first movement very, very simple is we?re prepping the body, pulling
in the core. I am going to state my intention. My intention is increased laughter for the
day. As I go out to reach my hands and extend my legs out, I am pulling my core and keep
my flat back. I?m going to feed that intention into those muscle groups.
As an instructor, I am going to tell you to reach your fingertips out, reach your toes
out, pull in your core. Reach it simultaneously, feeding your muscles with increased laughter.
That?s your intention, inhale and exhale, just like that. After we?ve done all four
prep phases, we are going right into the intensity phase. All right, the body will generate 30
percent more muscle activation if you let it know what you are going to do and you feed
it that positive intention that you?re stating. For example, we are going to start with the
beginner level. The beginner level is going to do four different movements for a certain
amount of time for 25 seconds. That particular time increases depending on your level. We
are going to do a slow surfer move. You are going to come down on all fours on the ground.
You are going to lift your hands up. You pull in your core. You are going to push up lifting
your foot up just like this. As I state my intention, which is increased laughter, I
am going to feel my triceps, my shoulders, my core, my glutes in the back leg, engaged
just like this. I am going to be doing this for 25 seconds.
Pushing in, switching out the sides of the legs on each one. Good job. Each movement
in these four movements are engaging three muscle groups or more at one time, increasing
your [caliber 2:28]. The movements vary. They are going to be high intensity. We are going
to blast through that and we are going to feed into the last phase, which is all about
balance and elongation again. What happens is we get doing increased exercises,
but we increased our chance for injury and we also create contraction, so our posture
inhibited. These next movements in the elongation phase are going to meditate that. We are going
to get a ball. You don?t have to have a ball. We just blasted our bodies so we are going
to reach out stretching that inner thigh into this lap using the ball.
We don?t have to use a ball. You can do the same movement reaching out. These are flow
movements. We are letting, a go over intentions in this phase, we just stated in the warm
up and in the high intensity phase and now we are letting everything go as we breathe,
just like that, stretching that inner thigh and that lap.
I gave you an example of a movement for each phase, but by stating your intention, keeping
your mind calm, you are going to increase your results, increase your purpose in life
and see things starting manifesting all while getting the body of your dreams.
