Okay, so you're looking in the mirror and you're looking at your face and OH MY GOSH,
what is that crawling across my forehead and what am I going to do about it? I'm Carol
Ann with Studio Group X and I'm going to show you how to reduce forehead lines by doing
some exercises with your face. Okay, so before you go run out and get Botox and hit that
needle, let's try to do some facial expressions and let's work that face so that we can reduce
those little lines across the forehead. So the first exercise we're going to do, we're
going to do the frown and surprise exercise. So we all know when we're sad we're just going
to frown. It kind of brings the forehead down and then just lift your eye brows up like
your really surprised. Super surprised. And then hold for about 10 seconds and then frown
for about 10 seconds and you can do that for three sets. The next one that you can do is
you're going to scrunch your face. So you're just going to pretend that you've eaten something
really sour. So just kind of pucker up those lips and then just kind of clinch down in
the back of your jaw and hold that for about 10 seconds. And you do that for about 3 sets.
And then the next one that you can do is called the finger placement. Literally take your
finger tips and place them right above your eye brows and you're just going to gently
press. And try to lift your eye brows up, hold for about 10 seconds and then release
and do that for a total of three sets. And then lastly, we all love to do one, SMILE.
Just smile really big. It's that great? Next time you see somebody and you like them, smile
at them. You're going to reduce those forehead lines in no time at all. I'm Carol Ann with
Studio Group X. Don't get Botox.
