So we're going to go ahead now and do next stroke which is thumb stroking and we're going
to thumb stroke right on the calf and the way thumb stroke works is it typically, it
really is, typically, thumb over thumb. You can use different fingers if you want to,
that's absolutely fine. We're going to go ahead and start by gliding down to the ankle
and using our thumbs, we're stroking up the back of the calves. So stroking up, all the
way up, nice and slow. You don't want to do this too fast, you don't want to put too much
pressure. It's just a nice gentle pressure, nice and slow, the back of the calf. You're
going all the way up and you want to go all the way from the ankle all the way to the
knee. We'll do one more here on this leg. And again, when you transfer over to the next
leg, keep one hand resting on this leg and then come over. And go ahead, right down to
the ankle, glide all the way down and stroking. Thumb over thumb, all the way up, from ankle
to knee. Gliding down, thumb over thumb, ankle to knee. Thumb over thumb, from ankle to knee,
gliding down. And one more time, thumb over thumb, from ankle to knee, gliding down. We
want to keep both legs warm so bring your hands to the both of the legs and glide down
and give a little hug at the ankle and glide up. Let your hands rest until you move on
to the next massage stroke so we can make sure the legs stays nice and warm.
