If you're tired of bills and statements piling up, you need BPAY View.
BPAY View sends bills and statements straight to the same online bank you use to pay them,
so you'll never need to shuffle paper again. You can view, pay and store bills and statements
securely in the same place — and keep bills where they belong.
First, make sure you're registered for your financial institution's Internet or mobile banking.
Next, check the How to Pay section of your bill to make sure your Biller has signed up to BPAY View.
or BPAY View option. At some Financial Institutions you will only be able to register for the
service through internet banking. Follow the prompts to add the Biller to your
address book and register for BPAY View. Generally you'll need the Biller name or Biller Code,
plus the BPAY View Registration number, which is usually your customer reference number.
Some Billers might ask for a few extra details. And that's it! It really is that easy.
Within two business banking days, your Financial Institution will be in touch.
Then, when a bill arrives from one of your Registered Billers, you'll get a message in
a form that you've already selected either by SMS, email or bank message to let you know.
Viewing and paying a bill with BPAY View is even easier. Just log on to your Internet
or mobile banking, then choose View Bills or BPAY View.
You'll see a summary of the bill, including the Biller, amount and due date.
Simply click the link to view the bill in detail. A few clicks are all it takes to pay the bill
immediately with BPAY or schedule a future payment. And because your Biller, customer
reference number and amount are already filled in, you can be confident the details are right.
