My next step is to fire roast a red bell pepper. To do this I am going to turn my stove top
to high high heat and just set it on there. The reason I want to fire roast a red pepper
because it is going to bring out tons of flavor and give it a unique flavor that typically
a fresh red bell pepper does have. What we are going to do is let it blacken on each
side of the bell pepper and we will put it in the bag in here and that will help steam
it so that it is easy to remove the skin. Periodically give your bell pepper a turn.
