So now you're ready to put your handle on your batter bowl. You want to take your wire
tool, press it against the bat and pull it across and go ahead and remove your batter
bowl from the bat that you threw it on. Now the attachment for any of these handles is
going to be the same process so I'm just going to show you one. Let's take this one. You're
going to want to take your scoring tool and in an exact straight line from the center
of the spout, you want to make some scoring marks. Get it nice and wet because this batter
bowl has setup for a little while so you need it to be moist so that the attachment will
be secure. And once you've got that really well scored up, you're going to do the same
thing to the bottom of your handle. And if it's the croissant handle shape, you just
do it on the edges of the coils and you can smooth that out later on the pot. Like I said,
all of these are going to be basically the same thing. Now once you've got them both
scored up really well, you can actually attach the handle to the pot and I'll show you how
to do that next.
