On behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to be showing you how
to make a nut dough today from my new book "Not Just Desserts." Well, it's been about
25, 30 minutes our tortes are just about to get pulled out of the oven. As I was cleaning
up, you can see I cleaned up, as I was cleaning up I realized I had some dough left over.
So what I'm going to do is I'm going to wrap it tightly in saran wrap. Wrap it tightly
be sure you get most of the air out and flatten it out a little bit. I always make a label
so that when you have frozen things in your refrigerator you'll remember that or in your
freezer, you have the nut dough. I put what it is and the date that I'm freezing it. So
in two months you say hey this is only two months old, you take it out and use it again.
So here we go we're going to put it in the freezer and that's where it'll stay until
we're ready for it again.
