Hi, It's Kia Ulrike from Loving Intuitive Guidance.com.
In this video, you can test yourself. Whether the four tips that you previously
watched, and practiced, actually work.
Think of a situation right now, that is a little bit challenging, in your life.
That could be something that just happened, maybe it was that you got irked because
the driver in front of you behaved in a way that just didn't do it for you?
Or, it is a long-standing stressing you have: some fear, some worry, something that
you know, "Oh my God, that is my 'button'".
I would suggest to not choose something that's so big that you just feel overwhelmed.
But choose something that throws you off just a little bit, that makes you
just a little bit, "errrr", or a little bit worried, or just ...not in your center.
All right. Got it? You can pause the video, if you have trouble finding something on the spot,
and then, just resume when you're ready. You ready? Good. All right.
Are you thinking of it? You feeling it in your body, probably?
There's a connection between the two, between thinking of something, and feeling it in your body,
and we will actually talk about that in the next video.
And I'll teach you a technique that really works to feel that connection,
and to deal with the problem on that level.
But for now, use those four tips to really get back in your center, even though
right now, you're a little bit overshadowed by whatever it is you're thinking about.
All right, so, first step is, you point to self, good; you rub your sternum,
and it drops the diaphragm and relaxes, your breath gets lower,
good, you're breathing more deeply. Second step, you align your posture,
so that everything is just aligned in a very relaxed way, and a very straight way.
My teenaged son would say about that feeling that it creates in the body, "peace, dude".
"'S'up dude'". "Pretty chill". It doesn't sound nearly as cool when I do it,
but, when teenagers say it, it actually seems to come from that place, doesn't it?
All right. Third, you yawn, velvet hokes lifting up here, and you create
this tunnel of light, by yawning, this openness.
Again, another way to get it back into your body, and the third one, you make some noise with it,
you align all frequencies in your body with your own voice.
In that yawn, in that tunnel of light. AAAwwwhhhh.... rub, align yourself,
yawn, and you're AAwwwhhh... Where are you right now?
Are you in your body, feeling pretty good, are you relaxed?
Think of the situation, of that feeling that you just had before, a minute ago.
Still there? Better? Really feel where that was. You're not associated with that anymore, are you?
Much less, now, because you're more in your body.
You're more in the now, you're more grounded. Very good.
You can repeat this, if necessary, to get yourself even more in your body.
