ok, I have some news for you
very exciting news.
On the 9th of this month we gave a live presentation
a presentation and a training for leaders
here, in a hotel in Lisbon
the Nova Hotel in José Melló
while giving this presentation we found out
that some leaders were unhappy about certain things
some of the things said,
were not as polished as some of the leaders would like to be.
Therefore, what did we decide to do about it?
We decided to held a meeting the next day
gathering the same leaders participating in the live presentation,
and having a meeting to talk about their concerns.
One of the topics extensively discussed
in fact, the one which was more discussed
was the topic regarding the residuals.
First of all, I want to thank the leaders
present in the meeting on the 10th,

We talked about several topics,
the most relevant was the one of the residuals
and the contributions.
One of the first things, we talked about was,
after considering several situations,
what we agreed, was published on the Backoffice,
in your Backoffice.
You can see this alert, in the section of alerts
on the Backoffice.
You will see several points
10 points in total,
well 11, together with other things we talked about.
However the 10 points are about the residuals
and the activations.
Then, it was agreed that from now on
all affiliates would have to paid a monthly fee,
the monthly activation fee is not an amount that the company keeps
this amount stays in the Backoffice
in a section called "Captive Balance".
Captive Balance means that it would be possible to use this amount
to buy all you want within the Backoffice.
Before, the affiliates who paid the activation fee
what was happening with them?
they used to paid this fee and the company would kept it
it was a gain exclusively of the company.
Now, no, no,
now everybody pays the monthly activation feee
but they pay this monthly activation fee,
and this amount stays in the "Captive Balance"
which means, this amount returns to the affiliate.
What is a win-win for the company and the affiliate.
The affiliate gets also an incredible advantage,
because now all the accounts become active.
and being active, what does it mean?
being active means that...
when the account is active
when the activation is done,
means that you can get all the commissions
generated within the network.
Therefore, it means you can get PGEs,
you can get bonus from the residuals,
fantastic, right?, fantastic
and now all accounts are going to be activated.
When an account gets started
if it has 40 dollars,
well, this is in the case of the Bronzes,
if it has 40 dollars
or a minimum of the activation payment at the Backoffice
the activation is paid.
From now on, all the activation fee will be
automatically paid from there.
Perfect.
Therefore, all the accounts are going to be active,
all accounts are going to be generating residuals.

Ok, let's talk about the Bronze.
When a Bronze pays the activation fee
what does it happen?
If the Bronze only pays the activation fee
it is not going to have a lot of money at the Backoffice.
Then a Bronze can think that
ah! upgrading is going to take me so long.
But if we think carefully, at the end it is the same thing
becasue the activation fee,
stays in the "Captive Balance",
but if it's at the "Captive Balance" you can use it
for what?
this "Captive Balance",
you can use it to buy any product LibertàGià
is offering.
Therefore, you can buy at ClickPlus,
buy raffles at GiaGift,
you can buy any product, even
Boxes.
Therefore if you have, for example
400 dollares at the "Captive Balance"
you can upgrade to a Box,

What was happening before?
For example, a Gold account paid the monthly fee
or paid the activation fee of this month
and then they had to paid the activation fee in order to get the PGEs
but this activation fee was directly kept by the company.
They didn't get their own profit
the profit was to gain the PGEs, points, residuals
and so on.
But now is different, because the activation fee
and the amount stay at the "Captive Balance".
Later, with this amount you can buy

you can upgrade in another accounts
you can do whatever you want with this amount.
Always, if you do it within the system.

You can even transfer this amount to other one at the "Captive Balance"
and upgrade it.
Perfect, perfect.
It couldn't be better.
Another point discussed during the meeting
was related to sites
which their misuse is affecting to some tasks at the Backoffice.
What is happening, is that some affiliates
send a site to ClickPlus
they send a site, we go there and after verifying it, we approve it
and then the affiliates make some changes at these sites
or divert them to another place
to another site which we have not approved,
or which has a problem,
and this creates several problems,
and besides that, difficults the navegation,
what is known as surf.
Therefore,
at the end we had to create a rules for this
because we cannot accept someone doing this,
with the sites.
This way, there are some rules, which I advice you to have a look at
and read them in an alert at the Backoffice,
related to ClickPlus.
Another thing we are dealing with it now,
is a tutorial, which I don't know if it would be finish when you see this video
but if it's not available, it will be soon.
The tutorial shows how to make the payments

to your Backoffice.

Another thing coming soon,
probably when you watch this video it's already at your Backoffice
it is the 1.9 version of our plan
It is a version that will not suffered many more changes
therefore would be an ideal version for you to use
for your presentations and more things.
Also to share all the good things about this company
we are making some changes
that the leaders participating at the meeting
requested to be made, some small changes,
which could make a difference.
This version will practically not
suffer many more changes.
Another thing I want to talk about
it is about the tickets
we are still receiving a lot of tickets
duplicated, many, many, duplicated.
I would be grateful if you can open a ticket
if you want to add some information, go to the same ticket,
have a look at your email
because you will see that there is a number about this ticket.
Reply to this email,
or access to the system of the ticktes
and add the information you want to the ticket.
Do not create new tickets because this is going to generate

The verification of the accounts,
I want to add something about the verification of the accounts.
To verify,
it is something that takes time,
as I already said in the last TV Libertá,

If there was an urgent case, for example
if someone would want to withdraw,

send the tickets, explaining that you want to withdraw

logout and next to the login option
there is a space where you are asked for a new password.
Request a new password,
and it will be send to your email.
In doing this, your current password will be deleted,
and when deleting your new password, it will be
deleted your Live in Box password as well.
This way, this could solve the problem
that doesn't allow you to access into Live in Box.
After the resquest of a new password,
got now to Live in Box,
and try to acces into Live in Box,
now you can access using the password sent to your email.
Perfect.
Check if it works or not
