Next, we're going to add some juice of some limes. This is another one of those vital
ingredients for pico de gallo. The juice of the lime really kind of makes a little vinaigrette
when you get the flavor of the tomatoes and the cilantro in there it's really, really
great. I'm going to add the juice of 3 limes. If you have a lemon or a lime press like I
have here, then we're going to go ahead and use that because you can actually get some
more juice out of that. It's a little bit faster, especially when you're making a lot
of this stuff. You can also in grocery store now a days, buy some fresh squeezed lime juice.
I wouldn't buy the stuff that's in the can that's kind of been sitting on the produce
shelf for a few days. I would buy the fresh stuff that's literally just been squeezed
that morning. You can really taste the citric acid in some of the processed lime juice.
Nothing beats fresh lime juice.
