Hello, I'm Sifu Mallon with the Clearwater Kung Fu Center. This is my assistant Melissa
and this is kick boxing. We're working on kick combinations. This combination is called
rear leg front kick rear leg round kick step back side kick. To do it, we'll go through
it slow. The first move is your rear leg front kick, you lift the rear leg up, throw the
front kick, land, turn the foot out, rear leg round kick. Again, that kick can be done
low or high. After I follow up with my rear leg round kick, I'm going to step down, I'm
going to cross behind myself and then fire off my side kick. This is a chasing combination
so this is like your opponent is moving away from the first, second and finally land on
the third kick. Going through the combinations, showing the hand work for my shield. My right
hand through the bottom, hand open, rubbing against my ribs or gripping this way. My left
hand comes up on top, putting it to the front of my shoulder, my knees bend, and my body
relaxes bending forward. Melissa throws first front kick, rear leg front kick. One, she
lands. As that foot lands, my right foot pivots back, I twist, two, as that happens, my front
foot steps all the way back, she's going to cross behind herself and fire the side kick,
three. Good, again. So we start from here. One is front kick, she lands, I step back.
Two, round kick, she steps in, step back, kick. Good, a little bit quicker, if you want
Melissa. One, two, three. Good. This is our kick box combination rear front kick, rear
leg round kick, cross back, side kick.
