Hi this is Hank and welcome back. Now I'd like to show you some other programs that
are on the elliptical trainer. The place to start for beginners is on the manual mode.
The manual mode is something that automatically turns on when you start using the machine.
And there's different levels of manual mode, depending on the amount of endurance that
you want. You can raise it, lower the strengths and gives you a more vigorous workout if you
have it on a higher level. Of course it has, it would be less on a lower level. The manual
mode is something that is very level and even. It doesn't have any variations, it's very
steady. Which is a great place to start off. And then the next thing I'd like to talk about
is ride in the park. Which again also is a great place to start off for beginners ,once
you've used the machine for a short time. And it has many ups and downs, wonderful very
hard variations, it picks you up, as if you are going through a little mountain pass and
then starts to slow you down as you're just rounding the corner. So it's a wonderful variation.
I do like during this time, when I'm using that mode to cover the monitor so you don't
know what's coming up and it just makes it a little more fun. But there's other variations
