Ehem! Hi everyone!
I'm glad to have a chance to be with you again on this week's program.
Many people have called me and asked for teaching healthy dishes that match our body daily needs
Ok, so what would be a healthy food?
A healthy food would have Protein
it would have starch
mmm.... what else?
Aha! Calcium, Vitamins and etc...
I searched to find a dish that has perfect nutrition for our body's daily needs.
The dish I have prepareed for you for this wekk is Steak with Orange Sauce.
Before going to ingrediants let me describe a prefect dish.
As I said before a perfect dish would have starch.
For starch part of our dish we can use Pasta.
If you don't want use pasta you can use Rice & Roni which is a Spanish brand.
It's good for you since it's Whole Grain and has lots of fiber.
You can also use Fetuccini as well as a side dish for our steak.
This will make our dish healthy and energitic.
You could also use Tabole as a side dish as well.
As a note always make sure to read nutrition facts of each of these products and make sure it'll match your body's needs.
I also recommend using brown rice spagethi. In general the browner the spagethi the better it would be for your body.
Wild rice is also one of my favorites which we could use for side dish beside main course.
We would use flour today and also one of these "things"
For dessert I was thinking of this Appricot dessert "thing"
As we know, a good dinner has different courses. For that,
I've also made Salad and since we don't have that much time in this program I've already made it.
I've made Spinach Tomato salad for today's program.
So now how we make this salad.
You firs put Spinach in the the bowl, then chop the tomato....
