So when choosing a hot stone kit there are a couple of things to take into consideration.
One, you're obviously going to want to look at the reviews. Make sure that the kit is
of high quality and has a lot of good reviews on it. That's always a good idea. The hot
stone warmer, you're going to want to make sure is of an ample size to contain all of
the stones that you need to work on the body. Then when choosing the stones, I think for
me that's the thing I put a lot of importance on. When I choose my basalt stones I make
sure that I have a lot of them that are palm sized, that they are nice, even sizes so that
I always have one in each hand that is similar in size. It's more comfortable to work with
two. The most important thing is to make sure they have rounded edges, you don't have any
sharp points if you can avoid it, and that you select all of the sizes needed for the
different extremities and in between the toes and the fingers. That is essentially how you
choose a good hot stone kit.
