Easy Chocolate Ice Cream
400 g (1 1/3 cups) sweetened condensed milk
4 tbsp cocoa powder
500 ml (2 cups) whipping cream
Place the condensed milk in a bowl
Sift the cocoa powder on top and whisk until combined.
Whip the cream until soft peak form
Add a little bit of whipped cream to the cocoa mixture and whisk to combined.
Pour the chocolate mixture onto the remaining whipped cream and fold with a rubber spatula until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a plastic container and freeze overnight.
Scoop the ice cream into serving bowls and garnish with chocolate shavings.
