Whole grain plum cake
150 g whole grain wheat flour
100 g whole grain rye flour
75 g whole grain spelt flour
50 g sunflower seeds, 10 g baking powder
6 large eggs
50 g sunflower oil, 100 g skimmed milk
275 g brown sugar, 125 g unsalted butter
Put eggs in the bowl
Add brown sugar
Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes
Add sunflower oil
Beat at low speed
Add milk
Add melted butter
Add whole grain wheat flour…
whole grain rye flour…
and whole grain spelt flour
finally add baking powder
Beat until well combined
Wrap with film
Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes
Beat at high speed for two minutes
Apply non-stick spray to the pan
Decorate with sunflower seeds
Bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes (total time may be different attending to mold shape)
