Hamstring Stretch Move to the edge of the chair
Adjust yourself in the chair so you are sitting up tall
Place your left foot flat on the ground and extend your right foot out in front with the
heel touching the ground, toes pointing up
With your eyes looking forward and your back straight take a deep breath in and exhale
as you lean forward and glide your hand down your pant leg until you
feel tension in the back of your right leg Slowly lift your back to an upright position
and bring your right foot in. Place your right foot flat on the ground and
extend the left foot out in front with the heel touching the ground,
toes pointing up. With your eyes looking forward and your back
straight take a deep breath in and exhale as you lean forward
and glide your hand down your pant leg until you feel tension in the back of your left
leg Slowly return to the starting position.
