Body Love Welcome to Body Love this is Jennifer Ruth
Russell inviting you to take some time to listen to the wisdom of your body today. You
are a spiritual being and your body helps you to be fully awake, and alive in this human
experience. Today we're going to talk about earthing.
What is earthing? Earthing is simply getting out of the house, off the concrete and actually
walking barefoot on the earth. Early in the morning or after a rain is the
most delicious time. When you connect the middle of the ball of your foot; a point known
to acupuncturists as Kidney 1 (K1), It connects to all of the meridians, every nook and cranny
of your body. It transfers the free electrons from the Earth into your body. These free
electrons are probably the most potent antioxidants known to man. Remember we are bioelectrical
beings. As you make this a daily practice, Not only
will this decrease the levels of inflammation in your body, it will help you calm. It will
help you stay grounded. Whenever I'm doing deep spiritual work, I
take extra time for earthing. It helps me to integrate all that I'm learning spiritually
and ground it into my daily life experience. I also love connecting to the cosmos and the
earth. When I stand on the earth and look up, I actually feel the loving embrace of
Father Sky around our mother earth and I'm included in that embrace. And with all the
changes going on in our world, I want to stay connect and I want you to stay connected to
