A perfect day in New York is to wake up and do a little bit of sitting meditation. I practice
meditation; I'm a meditation instructor actually here in the city. If you can start off your
day that way everything seems to go much better. Then of course it would be a nice leisurely
brunch with my boyfriend, and just relaxing and taking it easy because the pace does get
to you. It is a very energetic city, and you have to take some down time; that's the meditation
as well. Then go to see some theatre, go on a Sunday matiness; we have...it's New York
come on. Broadway is the best in the world, and of course I'm biased but it's true. So
to see a show and then go out for a nice cozy dinner afterwards; that's a perfect day.
