My name is Tunde Mandly, I am working here in Budapest in Iguana Restaurant and our chef
is Gabor Godri and we're going to cook Mexican food today on behalf of Expert Village. We're
going to cook today a very typical Mexican which is called chile rellenos. Until it's
cooled down we're going to prepare the filling of the paprika. We're taking the cheese; this
can be any cheese which you can use the only important thing that it should not be hard
cheeses. It should be a medium soft cheese that you use in your kitchen, then you put
salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, a very nice coriander, you mix all together and you can
also do it with your hands. So this is going to be the filling of the hot spicy paprika
now we go back.
