I'm not just the manager of my store, I run a fuel station,
a restaurant, a convenience store.
It’s a very challenging job, but at the end of the day,
it’s a very rewarding job as well.
As a manager of Sheetz, we are out here, all day, every day,
interacting with customers, helping them with any area that they need help in.
The most important thing is getting the right people in the store to help
run the business, so hiring, interviewing is the foundation of the store.
I want my employees to be very customer focused and friendly.
You have to get everybody to work together as a team.
New employees are welcomed in a very good way.
We guide and develop them, you’re learning every day.
My favorite part, as a manager, is the daily interaction I have with my employees.
To me it’s what you develop in your store.
The culture is what makes it a rewarding day
and also the best part of being a Sheetz employee.
If you have great customer service shops,
if you have great QA's you get bonuses based off of how well you do.
