Hello, my name is Katya
and I have been doing yoga for 3 years now
I have observed that it really helps me a lot in my day to day life.
I do my yoga exercises in the evenings and if I have time I do the sun salutation 3 to 4 times a week.
And I observed that I could really become relaxed while doing yoga.
I have learnt a lot about my body and inner self.
I will certainly like to continue with these yoga classes because I observe that it really relaxes me and rids me of all tensions.
And I always feel happy whenever I do yoga.
