Hi, I'm Matt Cail. On behalf of Expert Village I'm here today to show you how to do a mime
costume. A common rut to get stuck in when you're designing your mime costume is to think
purely in shades of black and white, solid. Black pants, white socks, white shoes etc.,
you don't have to do this while the parameters of a mime are largely are only in black and
white with maybe a splash of color. You can also have mix the two colors you can have
black and white on the same article of clothing. For example, this shirt that we have here
you have black and white strips throughout. What does this do? This makes for a little
more exciting for just seeing somebody wearing solid shades of black and white just seeing
somebody white shirt with a black pair of pants on. It makes it for a little bit unusual
a little more eye catching to spite the fact there is still no color involved in this.
It's only black and white so definitely be a little more creative you may have some white
and black strip articles of clothing. Even pants I mean it's fine you can be creative
while putting together your mime costume and at the same time largely should be wearing
just black and white.
