Ready hut. Present arms. Hut.
It's a very important job. A lot of these families, were one of the last things they
get to see of the military. And it's really important, it's extremely important that we
do a ceremony that they can remember for the rest of their lives and know that we did our
best job for their loved one.
I think it's nice to be able to give back to those who previously served, and those
who currently serve. And it's definitely a great honor to be able to do it. About 7 months
ago, we did a funeral for a soldier who was 19 years old, killed in Afghanistan. That
is probably one that hit the hardest.
This
is where it all began, you know, for over 150 years we've honored our fallen patriots
here, and so this is where it should be.
