How to do the breaststroke turn, and push off the wall. As you approach the wall, doing
the breaststroke, you place both hands, you touch the wall with both hands, place your
feet up against the wall sideways. One arm goes underwater in front of you, as the other
arm recovers above the water for you to push off, glide, and do a proper pullout underwater,
for breaststroke. After you touch the wall with both hands, and your feet are placed
on the wall, your head comes out of the water for the turn. As your arm recovers, your face
goes back into the water, you push off in a streamline position, and then you do an
underwater pullout and breaststroke. That's how we do the breaststroke turn, and push
off the wall.
