Hello everybody!
Today I like to show you
how I create my own Manga.
At the moment there's the Mangatalente contest 2012 in Germany.
So I think about a story for an own Manga.
And the idea I had I liked to write down.
So I bought a notebook for my ideas.
There I write down the story.
This is a first plan with a lot of changes.
There are also more ideas and how the story could continue.
And when I finished the first ideas within the notebook...
... I write the story with the computer.
Then the story gets a title and I start to organize the pages.
This would be the last page for example.
When I finished the text...
... I start with the sketches.
Here you can see how I roughly sketched the pages.
Panel 1, 2, 3, 4..., next page and so on...
And here you can also see the sketches how the Manga continues.
During I made the sketches, I look at the text what can be changed.
At this point I've decided to add some more text.
When I finished the sketches and the text...
I start to transfer the sketches on this special paper.
This is a very special paper, it's the Deleter comic book paper.
I've imported it from Japan, yes! xD
Here it has blue lines and rulers for orientation on the paper.
Unfortunately you can not see it just as good.
On this paper I began to transfer my sketches.
This is panel 1, 2, 3 and 4
Unfortunately you can not see it just as good, too, because it's drawn with lightblue.
I draw it with lightblue because when I ink it later, the scanner couldn't scan the blue lines in the black/white modus.
Yeah and when I begin to ink the pages I will be back with the next video!
So, I would be happy if you would be there the next time again :)
Bye, bye! :)
