This clip I'm going to use the wah effect over a drum beat, as kind of like what would
make for a good intro, or kind of like something you could use intermittently in a song. And
what I'm going to be doing is playing an A minor pentatonic and using the wah effect,
and with the drum beat it'll sound like this.
So what I'm doing there is essentially playing...starting with the A minor and then do it twice on the
seventh fret on the B and the G...on the seventh fret and going...and then using the little
wah scrapes in between to give it that kind of funky-sounding effect as well. And then...five,
seven, and five, on the B and G. So there on the high E and the B, seventh fret B and
G, and the fifth fret B and G. So going...and pretty much with the pedal keeping in time
with the drum beat. So I'm going...and sometimes just put a little emphasis on that last note
to get that nice wah like that "wwaaahhh". So you want...and gives it something that
can be used as a nice intro or within a song, using a wah pedal over a drum beat.
