On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make super lasagna
and Caesar salad. Before we assemble our lasagna we just have to put some finishing touches
on our ingredients. I have this cooked sausage that I crumbled up into pretty small pieces
and this is going to go back into our sauce that has been simmering. If that pork has
been under cooked that's okay because this still has to bake for 45 minutes. Just coat
the sausage with the sauce and now I have my whole milk mozzarella here, this is a high
moisture mozzarella. It's not skim like I said it's whole milk and it all combines to
make it a little richer than the low moisture mozzarella which has been dried out and will
be harder. See this is soft and this is the kind of mozzarella you would use for a caprice
dish (stabilize my cutting board here) I'm going to slice that into even rings. When
we come back we're going to assemble our lasagna.
