Alright, some more major exercises. In this exercise, I'm going to be going regular steps.
Up one-two-three and then come back to two-three-four. And, then come back to four-five-six. Kind
of like that. Just to demonstrate real fast, start on the C. I'm going to go C-D-E and
D-E-F. And, E-F-G, F-G-A, G-A-B, A-B-C. And, then we'll do that all the way up two octaves.
And, it's not as cool sounding of a routine. But, it is definitely good for your fingers
and working out your comfort level on the saxophone. Here we go, starting in C. Two
octaves. Metronome, please. Sixteenth notes again. One and two and ready, go.
Alright. A little twist at the end there for you. And, that's another little major exercise
that I like to use just to get warmed up.
