Now I've re-inked the block of wood in a deeper color, so I'm going to test my registration.
I will, basically what I'm attempting to do is place this piece of paper over this block
in exactly the same place I initially had it. In order to do that I'm going to go back
to my jig and my registration marks. So first I'm going to line up my piece of paper onto
the initial outline that I have. This is not a good measure, I want to definitely use my
registration marks as my exact measure. This is just to help me get into position. Now,
I need to match up my registration marks perfectly in order for this to work. So I'm going to
move this paper over until I can see that that mark matches up perfectly. That it looks
like one continuous line. I'm going to do the same thing over here, meaning I need to
move this over just a touch. Here, I'm on mark. Check this again. And when all three
of these positions look like a single, continuous line, then I have pretty well registered my
piece of paper and I'm ready to press.
