MICHAEL LEWIS: Michael Lewis here with Christian Martial Arts. On behalf of Expert Village,
we are here to talk today about executing an outboard wristlock. Now we are going to
show you how to use your outboard wristlock and how to use it combined with a throw. And
it's very, very, very easy. It just involves a little bit of footwork. Again, we will go
from a straight grab. Dean grabs my hand from a straight grab. His right hand is grabbing
my left hand. I rotate up; again, apply the wristlock just as we have talked about before.
But this time, what I am going to do is I am going to take my left leg and I am going
to swing it around behind my body. And so I will swing it around, step out of the way,
apply the wristlock technique until he goes down to the ground. That way, I can let go
of his wrist and be able to make an exit, a safety or whatever, or I can keep a hold
of his wrist and continue to apply technique or switch into another technique whatever
it might be, finger locks or anything else, kicks or strikes. And that is how you do your
outboard wristlock combined with a throw. It is very simple, very easy. You just got
to make sure you move the right leg and just pretty much step out of the way and apply
the technique. It will bring the person down to the ground.
