Hi everyone, I don't know what it is about everybody's YouTube videos recently,
but I've found myself wishing multiple times that the video response feature was still available.
Today I'm going to do an old-fashioned video response
to a video by a creator called Rachel Ann Pierce.
Rachel Ann Pierce made a video going back through the history of TV
and talking about the moments in TV that she would like to go back to
and the things that she would've liked to experience.
I'm going to put a link to that video in the description, as well as a link to Rachel's channel
so go and check that out!
The first thing I'd do with my TV time machine is go to America and watch "Grey's Anatomy"
and "Private Practice" from the very beginning without any spoilers.
I find that there's too many things I can find out online about future plot lines
and what's going to happen to my favourite characters. I cannot imagine how awesome
it would've been to watch that show knowing that absolutely anything could happen next. Really cool.
I'd go back to the 70s and see "Happy Days" being made.
I feel like it would've been really cool to experience the Happy Days hype back in the day
and also to be on the set and see Garry Marshall at work.
If I'd been around on the days when Robin Williams was on set, that would've been really awesome too.
I'd watch the first ever Eurovision Song Contest and think about how much has changed.
I think it's wonderful that we're now able to use technology who we want as the winner, really awesome.
I'd watch the first moon landing on TV and experience the excitement that everybody felt.
I feel like for this one, it doesn't matter about seeing the actual footage,
it's about how it made everyone feel like anything was possible.
And finally, I'd spend one more Saturday morning watching children's TV from the 90s.
I still feel like that's a huge loss from TV of today.
If you had a TV time machine, where would you go?
Leave your comments down below on what you would want to see.
I feel like there's so many great moments in TV history and I probably could've picked another 5 very easily.
Let me know in the comments and we can have a conversation.
I'm also going to leave a link to Rachel's channel below and the video that I've been talking about
so make sure to go over and give her some love.
Thanks everyone, cheerio!
