Hello, I'm Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Ok, so for our final
little item we're going to put on this beautiful raw platter today is going to be a pate. As
you can see, I have sunflower seeds and walnuts. We've got some pine nuts, douse, tomatoes,
Italian parsley, cilantro, lemon, and we've got some cashews, almonds. We got pretty much
everything a little bit of garlic bell pepper, piece of hikuma and some cucumber and we're
just going to kind of do some magic here and make it into a really nice pate, and you could
do this in the food processor. I am going to since I'm making lunch for one I'm going
to go ahead and stick with my cutting board and we're going to get started.
