Hello and welcome to the Exclusive cooking show of Indian Recipes.In Today's Episode
you are going to see another Exclusive recipe from My Secret Cooking Book.

In this Episode you are going to see a very Crispy, Golden Brown and Delicious in taste
Chili Fritters, Chili Fritters is a very popular Gujarati
Snack Dish.
In Gujarat this is known as "Patti" Patti means a Chili Slice.
So Lets Start Cooking this very special Gujarati Dish.
For this you will need. 150 Grams Besan or Gram Flour, Oil for Deep
Frying, 6 Green Chilies, Pinch of Baking Soda, Salt to Taste and for the serving you will
need Dates Chutney.
First of all Put the Gram Flour or Beasn into the mixing bowl, than add Asofoetida, Salt
and Baking Powder. Mix this and add water as per requirement.
Don't make it too much thin, it should be Thick enough to cover the Chilies very well.
Thick Batter is good for the any kind of Fritters, because it makes the Fritters Crispy and Golden
Brown very easily.
It is done.
Now I am going to cut the Chilies length wise. I don't want to remove the Seeds from Chilies,
because we Traditionally cook this recipe with seeds and also don't remove the Stems,
it will help us while frying.
So this is it our chilies are ready for the deep frying.
Now Oil is hot enough for the Deep Frying.
Take this one Chili and give it a nice coating.
Your Chilies should be well covered, otherwise it will become oily.
Many people don't know. How to cook a good Fritters.
If you want to the perfect Fritters than always "Double Fry" it.
As I am also going to do the same thing in this recipe.
Now it is half cooked. So I am going to take this out and give it a rest for 10 to 15 minutes,
or you can also fry it just before serving.
Remember that whenever you fry second time add Fritters into the very Hot Oil.
You have to stir this every know and than so it can become nice, golden brown and crispy
from every side.
No it is perfectly cooked so take this out. You can also fry it second time just before
the serving.
