Popular in South America, the Dulce De Leche dessert literally means "candy of milk," which
makes sense when you look at how the confection is make. By slowing heating sweetened milk
and using the caramelization to make a sweet confection, Dulce De Leche is a delightfully
creamy treat. Today, we're going to be using OneCup French
Roast Coffee from San Francisco Bay Coffee to make a coffee version of the popular Dulce
De Leche. To make Dulce De Leche Coffee, you'll need
a dash of whipped cream, 1 tablespoon grated chocolate and 1 oz. fluid dulce de leche.
You can find dulce de leche in the International or Hispanic aisle of supermarkets.
Start by inserting a OneCup French Roast Coffee by San Francisco Bay Coffee into your Keurig
machine. Brew the cup of coffee into a mug.
Once the coffee is brewed into the mug, add the dulce de leche to the mug and stir until
dissolved and combined. Top the drink with whipped cream and chocolate
shavings, and enjoy this modern version of a classic dessert.
And the best part of the OneCup Single Serve Coffee from San Francisco Bay Coffee is that
it's 97% biodegradable, toss it in the trash with a clear conscience.
