Now we're going to show you Straight Arm Pullovers on the balance ball. So first thing you're
going to do, get in to the exercise as part of the challenge. Sit on the ball and then
let the ball roll down your back. So now you get your shoulders on the ball, let your head
go back, let the ball support your head. Keep as much of an arch in your back as you can.
Put your arms straight up over your head and reach back over as far as you can and now
reach up to the ceiling. Breathe out as you come up. This exercise is going to work your
lats, your chest and your triceps. And if your keep this arch position, you're actually
going to feel a little bit of stretch in your abs as well. The difference between this,
working on a ball and working on a bench is you have to use all your stabilizer muscles
to make sure that you maintain your base position. Good work.
