Hi, my name is Gio Andollo.
I recently started a workout program called pull-ups for peace
I am trying to be able to do 100 consecutive pull-ups.
Most recently the most I was able to do was 15
So I'm working my way up based on this schedule
which is actually to do 100 push ups
There are six weeks and three different difficulty levels
Obviously I'm starting at the first difficulty level

Ten pull ups is the amount that I just did
For week three, ten is the amount I'm expected to do for the first set.
I'm now going to get a drink of water.
1, 2...
11, 12
Between each set, I have a certain amount of time to rest
60 seconds
gonna take another gulp of water, then do seven more.
1, 2...
6, 7...
this isn't getting any easier...
I'm getting tired, my arms are feeling a little noodle-y
that's part of the fun!
why am I doing this?!
I've been wanting to maximize my pull-ups for a while
I've never really had a routine or schedule to go by
What would be the bigger purpose, the bigger cause?
I haven't decided what the cause will be and I'm sure it will develop over time.
I'm hoping that somehow I'll get sponsored through this
loyal viewers such as yourself will care about what it is I'm doing
and the organization I'm eventually going to be partnering with.

the last thing about this is that I'm doing it with my room mate Lylekar
Who's like...
[one thousand feet] tall
and a pretty strong dude.
He tried doing the third week today without having done the first or second week.
He just attempted to do twelve and only did nine.
Fail.
We're going to jump back to week two for Lylekar. I'm on week three
and it's really hard.
But I'm hoping that in the end I'll be able to do it
and in the mean time your love and support will give me the strength to keep going
So this is the last set,
at least nine.

Almost twelve!
I've just done 47 pull-ups in a span of about six to seven minutes
and I'm pretty pooped!
